Online Registration Process
 

 

Registration pre-requisites

 

You are required to have an existing investment with AIMS to register for online services.

 

Once registered, you will be able to request online statements reflecting your latest portfolio valuation and transaction history.  If you are an Absa Internet Banking user, you will be able to use you AIMS username and password to "Link" you AIMS investments, so that the balance of you portfolios are displayed on the "MyAbsa" page.

 

How to apply for an AIMS product

 

You can invest in an AIMS product by selecting the relevant product application from the AIMS Internet site (https://glacier_web_extranet_prod). The application form includes a checklist of the supporting documentation that is required to process your investment. The completed application form and its supporting documentation is then faxed back to AIMS on 0861 339 265.

  Step 1
  Complete the registration form below with all the relevant information pertaining to you.
 
  Step 2
  Your registration form is processed and you are issued with a user id and a temporary password. An activation link is sent to you via email, you have to click on this link to activate your account.
 
  Step 3
  Forgotten Password Setup - This facility will enable you to manage your own password and ensure further security measures.
 
  PLEASE NOTE:
  The entire registration process needs to be completed before proceeding to logon to the website. You will be required to change your password at your first logon attempt.
