Planned System Unavailability - AWS Disaster Recovery

Please be advised that the Electronic Interface system “EI” will be unavailable on the following dates due to Disaster Recovery testing.

• 10 October 2026 from 08h00 to 14h00 (Disaster Recovery Testing)
• 17 October 2026 for the entire day (Disaster Recovery Exercise)

We kindly request that any urgent work be completed prior to the scheduled downtime and planned accordingly to minimize any disruption.
